What You'll Do as a Chauffeur:

Passenger Transportation & Service

• Provide safe, dependable, and professional transportation services throughout the Kansas City area
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every trip
• Assist passengers with luggage, boarding, and exiting the vehicle as needed
• Ensure a comfortable, pleasant, and welcoming travel experience
• Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor at all times

Vehicle Care & Operations

• Keep vehicles clean, polished, and presentation-ready
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability
• Plan efficient routes while adapting to traffic patterns, weather conditions, and schedule changes
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations staff, and passengers
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures

Professional Representation

• Serve as an ambassador for the zTrip brand through exceptional service and professionalism
• Anticipate passenger needs and provide personalized assistance when appropriate
• Demonstrate integrity, discretion, and a customer-first attitude
• Build positive relationships with passengers through reliable and attentive service

Qualifications of a Chauffeur:

Required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong commitment to passenger safety and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing schedules and transportation needs

Preferred

• Previous experience as a chauffeur, driver, transportation professional, hospitality professional, or customer service representative
• Familiarity with Kansas City roadways, destinations, and navigation systems
• Experience delivering high-end customer service in a professional environment
