I'm Kevin, one of the partners here at CheapAssLeads.com. I wanted to start this by saying I DON'T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOUR RESUME. If you are willing to work hard and get out of your comfort zone, I will do everything possible to ensure your success. 

We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our team! YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MEETING WITH NEW CLIENTS VIA ZOOM. YOU WILL TRAIN THEM ON USING OUR SOFTWARE AND LEAD SYSTEM (NOT AS HARD AS IT SOUNDS). AT THE END OF THE CALL, YOU WILL SHOW THEM THE LARGER PACKAGE OPTIONS AND GET A COMMISSION OFF OF WHAT YOU SELL. You have a salary but most of your money will be made on commission. If the idea of salary + commission sales scares you, don't apply. Most of our team members make over 100k/year and had no sales or marketing background. 2 worked for Starbucks, one worked at a grocery store and 2 worked in restaurants. (Just because you don't have a stacked resume or college degree - doesn't mean we won't hire you. (HECK, I DIDN'T EVEN GRADUATE HIGH SCHOOL!)

This job will be challenging but EXTREMELY rewarding. 

Sales background is preferred but NOT required. If you're willing to push yourself every single day, you are someone that we would love to work with. Neither of our current team members in this position make less than $90k/year.  (If you're hungry, you will eat!!)

Our office is located in the heart of Downtown San Diego. We have great company culture, and are relatively small. (20 employees total - 8 in the San Diego office.)

OK HERES THE MOSTLY BORING JOB DESCRIPTION STUFF: RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
• Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns with clients
• Be straight forward with your communication.  
• Compile and present data for other departments

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be open to sales! 
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• HAVE FUN!
• Be willing to get into a Nerf gun fight at least once per week
