Responsibilities: • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date Qualifications: • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
