We're looking for an associate who is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, helping assist in guest interactions and experiences while maintaining and securing premises. Responsibilities: • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • High School Diploma or equivalent • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
