    TECHNICAL:

      • Telecom environment experience
      • Layer 1 Protocols on Optical transports
      • Hands on Networking experience
      • Linux OS experience
      • The ability to understand/read code (not necessarily how to write and develop) need to be able to read different file types (JSON, logfiles) for debugging/troubleshooting purposes

    Soft Skills

      • Must be organized and able to prioritize/multi task, they will be working in a very fast paced high-demand environment
      • Need exceptional communication skills, they will be speaking with customers and stakeholders. (most important requirement for this role)

     

    The candidate will be responsible for tier 2 level technical support to all Fujitsu software products ranging from legacy EMS system to the latest offering such as SDN Control. This position requires significant hands-on knowledge and experience in the software debugging skill. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skill with outside customer. The candidate must be flexible in working hours and must be able to work in a high stress, deadline driven environment . Experience with Fujitsu software products is a plus.

     

    TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Degree in Computer Science.
    • In-depth knowledge of SDN, Distributed Software systems, Software Performance and robustness as well as highly available systems
    • Java, J2EE, Database, html5, REST + Domain
    • Specific skill sets and experience: Open Daylight, OpenStack, NETCONF, YANG, EMS, NMS, Systems Management
    • Extremely good debugging skills and analytical skills to understand customer issues.
    • In-depth knowledge in OSs (Unix, Linux, Window)
