The Check-Out Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients as they check out and offering them friendly and prompt assistance while coordinating their care. The Check-Out Receptionist will review the provider’s orders to determine the necessary treatment plan. At checkout, follow-up appointments are scheduled with the patient. Either appointments are scheduled or arrangements are made for diagnostic testing. Outstanding balances are collected for coinsurances in office procedures ect.
Some billing and Insurance verification experience is needed for this position. Customer Service skills, the ability to work independently with being micro-managed.
This position is 20-25hours weekly, Morning Hours
Fluent Experience with computers is very necessary. Also Insurance experience
