Who we’re looking for:
Working as part of the Client Support Team, our reception and mail room assistants play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of our clients’ pay checks. You will be responsible for printing, sealing, and packaging paychecks, as well as assisting with general mailroom duties. There will be a need for this role to work in reception, answering phones and transferring calls, assisting clients who pick up their paychecks, and aiding visitors in the building. This position will have varying hours, between 20 and 40 hours per week, and require an individual to work a minimum of Monday through Wednesday
