Job Description
Support the HR Generalist in the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.
- Reviews, prepares, and submits weekly temporary labor hours.
- Attendance tracking.
- Personnel file organizations and archives.
- Assists in creating onboarding training documentation, this may include working with Supervisors and Team Leads.
- Assists with safety activities for the facility to include training documentation and updating policies as required.
- Use PowerPoint to create visual presentation for employee communication on tv displays.
- Assists with employee activities and recognition, including ideas for new activities.
- Creates and updates reports using excel.
- Recruits for open positions.
- Assists with training employees on the ADP website.
- Other activities and projects as required.
