Job Description

The enrollment agent (EA) will provide great customer service in our Oakland office by helping customers realize an easier flying experience through TSA pre-check.

You will be positive, inclusive and collaborative in helping customers achieve their travel goals. 

The ES is responsible for enrolling applicants who are enrolling to TSA pre-check, TWIC and Hazardous Material Endorsement. 

EA will process electronic fingerprinting, applicant data and initiate background checks for various federal or state programs. will also be part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture at Checkpoint OTC.

Primary Areas of Responsibility

• Enrollment of Applicants into the TSA/UES database
• Manage Client Files
• Coordinate office and technology related repairs.
• Assist with administrative matters as needed.
• Participate in office/team meetings as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $16.00 per hour
