Responsibilities: • Create new and unique menu items and specials using various ingredients in an innovative way • Be responsible for the overall success of the daily culinary operations, with an emphasis on surpassing guest expectations while driving revenue and profit • Ensure that all food preparation, including processes, portioning, and garnishing, is well supervised, and confirm that the finished dishes are visually appealing • Teach recruits and hire staff that suit the business culture to provide a welcoming atmosphere for kitchen employees • Review and track team member performance objectives, as well as offer guidance and assistance to support and promote an efficient kitchen • Front of the house operations and bar responsibilities, including staff, training, and inventory Qualifications: • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification such as a GED • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers • At least 7-8 years of culinary experience • Understanding and compliance with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage • Strong leadership skills with experience leading, motivating, and developing a team Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
