This is the front and back of the house manager's role. Responsibilities: • Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard • Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs • Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule • Write and implement departmental operation schedules • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures • Manage kitchen operation Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred • Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus • Food handling license required • At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department • Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
