Responsibilities: • Review and track team member performance objectives, as well as offer guidance and assistance to support and promote an efficient kitchen • Manage controllable department expenses such as food, supplies, uniforms, equipment, and collaborate with vendors to achieve the highest quality products at the most reasonable price • Ensure that all food preparation, including processes, portioning, and garnishing, is well supervised, and confirm that the finished dishes are visually appealing • Be responsible for the overall success of the daily culinary operations, with an emphasis on surpassing guest expectations while driving revenue and profit • Create new and unique menu items and specials using various ingredients in an innovative way Qualifications: • Understanding and compliance with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage • Strong leadership skills with experience leading, motivating, and developing a team • This role requires 7-8 years of culinary experience • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification such as a GED • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and other team members Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 yearly based on experience
