Job Description,
We are currently seeking to fill one position as part of our culinary team, with a focus on preparing salads and appetizers. We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of Italian cuisine.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare all cold food according to recipes, guidelines, and standards set by the chef-owner
Ensure that the assigned work area has a proper level of par stocks and supplies according to daily production
Inspect and select only the food items of the highest standards in the preparation of all menu items.
Properly label and date all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation (very important)
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a food preparation or culinary role.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing dishes.
