    Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef with a strong background in Mediterranean cuisine to lead our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Mediterranean ingredients and cooking techniques, including seafood preparation, grilling, and the use of fresh herbs, olive oil, and spices. They will be responsible for curating a menu that reflects the rich and diverse culinary traditions of the Mediterranean while incorporating locally sourced ingredients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design, create, and execute a seasonal Mediterranean-inspired menu.

    Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and food cost management.

    Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

    Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

    Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, food safety, and health regulations.

    Work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Mediterranean cuisine, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

    Culinary degree or equivalent experience.

    Strong understanding of Mediterranean cooking techniques, flavors, and ingredients.

    Excellent leadership and communication skills.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

    Passion for creating innovative and authentic dishes with a focus on sustainability and seasonality.

    Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
