    Your Role

    As Chef de Cuisine, you’ll lead all back-of-house operations across two kitchens, ensuring excellence in both execution and leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Menu creation and seasonal updates

    • Ordering, inventory & vendor management

    • Food costing and waste control

    • Recruiting, training & motivating staff

    • Maintaining food quality, safety & sanitation standards

    • Supporting smooth kitchen to dining room communication

    What You Bring

    • 5+ years BOH restaurant experience

    • 2+ years in chef or management role

    • Food safety certification (preferred)

    • Strong leadership, organization & communication skills

    • Calm, dependable, and detail-oriented under pressure

    • Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

    Schedule

    • Full-time | 5 days per week

    • Closed Monday & Tuesday

    • Service hours: Wed–Thu 4–9 PM | Fri–Sat 11:30 AM–10 PM | Sun 11:30 AM–8 PM
