    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The Chef de Cuisine will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service are maintained.     Duties include but are not limited to:

    Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment focused on excellence in food preparation and presentation

    Oversee food production processes, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and are delivered promptly during service hours

    Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize costs

    Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to maintain a safe kitchen environment

    Coordinate catering and banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution of large-scale events with attention to detail and guest satisfaction

    Oversee shift management, assigning tasks effectively and maintaining smooth kitchen operations throughout service periods

    Requirements

    Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in high-volume settings such as banquet halls or catering services

    Extensive knowledge of food safety standards, and food handling best practices

    Skilled in inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operations including food service management and catering logistics

    Strong leadership qualities with excellent team management skills and the ability to motivate staff under pressure

    Hands-on experience with cooking techniques across various cuisines, along with expertise in food preparation and presentation

    Background in hospitality environments with a focus on serving diverse customer needs and maintaining high service standards
