    Docufree is entering a pivotal phase of accelerated growth through land-and-expand execution, national dealer network launch, and accretive M&A.

    Position Overview

    The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will lead and scale all revenue-generating functions, including enterprise sales, channel partnerships, marketing, and go-to-market strategy.

    This executive will play a central role in scaling Docufree’s hybrid SaaS + AI/HITL BPaaS model while launching the national dealer network and integrating new acquisitions.

    The CRO will partner closely with the CEO and private equity sponsors to drive predictable, scalable revenue performance and build a high-performing commercial organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    Revenue Leadership & Growth Execution

    • Own and deliver against revenue targets, bookings, and pipeline growth
    • Build and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy
    • Drive expansion within existing accounts and new logo acquisition
    • Establish forecasting discipline and revenue predictability

    Enterprise Sales Leadership

    • Lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales organization
    • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
    • Refine value-based selling approaches
    • Optimize sales processes and performance metrics

    Channel & Partner Strategy

    • Design and execute a channel sales strategy
    • Build relationships with partners, resellers, and integrators
    • Develop partner enablement programs
    • Drive indirect revenue growth

    Marketing Leadership

    • Lead the marketing function and strategy
    • Drive demand generation and brand positioning
    • Optimize marketing spend and vendor relationships

    Product & Market Alignment

    • Align offerings with market demand
    • Translate customer needs into enhancements
    • Support positioning as a tech-enabled solutions provider

    AI & Innovation Integration

    • Incorporate AI into go-to-market strategy
    • Position platform within AI-enabled landscape
    • Enable sales team to communicate AI value

    Leadership & Team Development

    • Recruit and develop top talent
    • Foster accountability and performance culture
    • Align compensation with growth objectives

     

    Candidate Profile

    Experience

    • 15+ years in enterprise sales and revenue leadership
    • Experience as CRO, EVP Sales, or similar
    • Experience with ERP, HCM, CRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
    • PE-backed or high-growth environment experience
    • Channel/partner model experience
    • Regulated industry experience
