    Job Description

    FULL JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an energetic Recruiter for this high-velocity performance-based role that requires an entrepreneurial mindset. A successful Recruiter will be able to attract candidates using various source, like job boards, social media networks and employee referrals. The Recruiter should also be able to collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.     WHAT YOU’LL DO ON A DAILY BASIS:

    • Fast Paced, Full Lifecycle recruiting - including creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, vetting and referring candidates to hiring manager, extending offers, and relationship building.
    • Proactively source and create pipelines of talent via various sourcing methods including job fairs and hiring events, and provide value-added contact management to high potential talent.
    • Maintain applicable records and candidate/new hire data and ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
    • Complete other sourcing, recruitment, marketing, and retention projects as assigned.
    • Onboarding
    • Recruit for 3 offices
    • Training and development (providing a career path)
    • Maintain ad budgets for recruiting efforts
    • Coordinates operations management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review
    • Setting and adhering to company values and mission
    • Employee engagement
    • Advise management team on Human Resource issues and changes to employment law
    • Set out company hiring goals and objectives
    • Plan and/or host workforce performance reviews and appraisals
    • Ensure compliance with company rules and policies

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must understand how to navigate Indeed and ZipRecruiter
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Requires 2-3 years of experience in a call center or Human Resources environment (preferably within a recruitment function)
    • Experience involving technology
    • 2+ years of experience of recruitment practices, training, education and administration preferred

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience with diversity candidate sourcing
    • Applicant Tracking systems experience
    • Internet sourcing experience
    • Experience recruiting for multiple job openings simultaneously

    JOB SUMMARY This role is primarily responsible for leading the recruiting and hiring of employees through the hiring cycle. This role works with all members of the team necessary in the staffing of our corporate home office and our company owned call centers, as well as all members of the Human Resources and Administration teams.

    JOB TYPES: Full-time

    SALARY: $40-50K Yearly + Incentives and Bonuses

    SCHEDULE:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Day shift
    • Monday to Friday

    ABILITY TO COMMUTE/RELOCATE:

    • Dallas, TX 75243: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
