    Chelsea Lighting’s Rotational Development Program at a Glance

    • Rotational assignments in different departments which combine learning with skill development through practical, hands-on work and instruction.
    • The experience can include learning the nuances of Estimating, Submissions, Purchasing, Project Management, Controls (switches and dimmers, to computerized lighting control systems), Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Administration in the Lighting and Controls Distribution business.
    • Ongoing learning assignments that will help develop technical, professional, and interpersonal skills.
    • Developmental activities include mentoring, industry networking events, executive presentations, vendor presentations, manufacturing facility tours, and social events.
    • Learn the evolving technology associated with “The Internet of Things” through our Controls group.
    • Advancement in rotational assignments is based solely on your performance, and participants will be matched to a full-time position based on their skills and interests, and the needs of the business.

    • Have successfully completed their undergraduate or graduate degree, ideally, in Business- and/or Engineering-related areas of study.
