Job Description

ChemStation of East Texas, located in Longview TX, is looking for a full time Account Manager. This self-motivated person would be responsible for managing assigned accounts and prospecting for new business within the entire ChemStation of East Texas territory. This includes Tyler, Nacogdoches, Paris, Texarkana, Texas, and in between. Areas also included are southern Arkansas and Shreveport / Bossier, Louisiana. This is a hunter position.

ChemStation Account Managers are compensated initially by revenue produced by current, assigned accounts. This “base” is currently $45,000 - $52,000 annually. Additional income is available immediately with new business established within a generous commission structure. $100K compensation is attainable within the first eighteen months. 

This individual must have prior success calling on medium to large accounts in a highly competitive market, relying on a range of technical skills.  The candidate must have phone skills, exceptional listening abilities and above average problem solving skills.
