Our elemental and separation science experience ranges from Aluminum through Zirconium with an emphasis on platinum group metals.

Job Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain ICP-OES instrumentation • Sample preparation to a high analytical standard • Laboratory operations including titration, sampling, filtration, pH testing, etc. • Maintain clean and organized workspaces • Assist/perform bench scale testing operations as needed • Assist with tote management of spent process solutions

Requirements: • Some degree of chemical education • The ability to handle wet and dry chemicals in a plant environment • Technical problem solving in a chemical production environment • Effective written and oral communication in English • Attention to details

Special Considerations: • Associates Degree or higher, completed or in progress • 0 -2 years prior experience in an analytical environment/spectroscopy • Experience with small industrial production operations • HAZWOPER Training • Familiarity with 40CFR RCRA regulations • Safe Forklift Operation/Forklift Certification • Prior Experience in a Metal Refining Facility
