Job Title: General Laborer – Chemical Manufacturing

Location: Pontiac, MI.

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Occasional Saturday overtime; shift flexibility based on demand (start time may be as early as 4am)

We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our production team. This role involves handling chemical products, performing heavy lifting, and supporting daily operations in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production and packaging of chemical treatments and lubricants
• Safely handle and lift 55 lb bags and 200+ lb rods
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Stay productive during downtime by identifying tasks or assisting team members
• Operate a forklift (if certified – not required)

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working with chemicals
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy materials consistently
• Willingness to get dirty and wear appropriate work clothing
• No phones or earbuds allowed during shift
• Completion of 480 hours is required before permanent hire

Dress Code/PPE

• Required: waterproof work boots, jeans or cargo pants (no holes)
• Provided: safety glasses, face shield, smock
