We’re seeking a Process Engineer with hands-on experience in large-scale production of ceramic and inorganic materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging R&D and manufacturing, improving yields, and building smarter, more efficient processes.
What You’ll Do
- Support the transition of new products from development to full-scale manufacturing.
- Develop and refine process plans, equipment settings, and in-process specifications.
- Analyze and improve yield, efficiency, and process capability.
- Implement and support Statistical Process Control (SPC) and ISO-9001 documentation.
- Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Development Engineering.
- Review equipment performance, energy usage, and calibration requirements.
- Support customer interactions related to product specifications and testing.
- Drive continuous improvement, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Ensure proper product labeling, testing, traceability, and disposition.
- Maintain accurate process documentation and quality records.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Ceramics Engineering or Materials Science (required).
- Experience with ceramic or inorganic material manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of process control, yield analysis, and quality systems.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a production-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
