Job Description

• Perform analytical test methods including HPLC in the GMP environment
• Document laboratory work in notebooks/e-notebooks/logbooks/electronic systems. perform data integrity checks, data verification reviews, and communicate results through electronic systems
• Collaborate closely with leaders and clients in implementing overall business directives

Qualifications

• Experience with HPLC a minimum of 1 year of industry lab.
• GMP quality system and lab operations experience
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience interacting with people from a wide range of skill levels and experience
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and possess self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to work as an independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, result-driven and highly flexible team-player in a fast-paced working environment
• Strong focus on quality, teamwork, and productivity
• Proactive, positive, solution-oriented leadership style with ability to prioritize and coordinate simultaneous projects with varying deadlines

Additional Information

• The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5 pm
• May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.
