The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising. In addition to marketing, brand, and social media-related work, this position will also share a role in maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; actively visiting listings to ensure all on-site materials are in place, maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Responsibilities: Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media • Print and drop off brochures, sign riders, lock boxes, make keys • Uploading listing photos and writing descriptions onto GSMLS • Attend and assist house staging and photoshoots • Show homes as buyer's Agent • Do Open Houses Qualifications: • NEW JERSEY REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required • Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with most Office programs. • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Extremely organized and meticulous • Ability to work in a fast-paced always changing priorities environment Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
