Responsibilities: Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media • Print and drop off brochures, sign riders, lock boxes, make keys • Uploading listing photos and writing descriptions onto GSMLS • Attend and assist house staging and photoshoots • Show homes as buyer's Agent • Do Open Houses Qualifications: Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required Expert in forward design concepts Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment • NEW JERSEY REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required • Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with most Office programs. • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Extremely organized and meticulous • Ability to work in a fast-paced always changing priorities environment Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly plus commission
