Cherokee Acquisition is seeking an eager FINANCIAL SERVICES SALES AND TRADING SPECIALIST to join our team this winter. We are a Specialized Investment Bank. THIS JOB WILL START ON AN INTERNSHIP BASIS, though it will turn into a full-time job for the right intern.

• In order to be considered, you must be a current college student preferably graduating in 2021.
• If you already have an undergraduate degree or a graduate degree please don't apply as you will not be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Have conversations with clients and allow them to understand what's going on with different bankruptcy cases, in addition to helping them execute on their need for capital.
• Perform due diligence on clients receivables.
• Assist with closing deals, and maintaining relationships with key clients, and vendors.
• Preparing and sending closing documents to vendors.
• Assisting in supply chain financing.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Great speech and communication skills (this is a client-facing role).
• Interest in Finance, and Financial Services.
• Great Organizational Skills.
• Detailed Oriented.
• Strong writing and reading comprehension skills.
