    CCHRC is seeking an energetic and compassionate individual to join our Activities Department!

    Requirements:

    - Licensed Activity Director or Licensed Occupational Therapist

    - 3 years' experience in Long Term Care

    - Must be in good standing and currently licensed by the state

    The Life Enrichment Director will direct and evaluate an activity program that assists the resident to obtain his/her maximum potential. Provide appropriate documentation and participate in Quality Improvement Committee. Maintain continuing education by attending seminars/in-services at once a year and keep current through national, state, and local professional affiliations to update skills and secure continuing education.

    This position requires good communication skills by being able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Be able to work independently as well as in a group setting. Must properly be able to identify the needs of our residents’ and evaluate the effectiveness of the activity programs through proper documentation.
