The Salon Associate role is vital with respect to client services and membership sales.Thus, Salon Associates must be enthusiastic, energetic, detail-oriented, and highlytrainable and communicative.

Responsibilities• Meets and exceeds membership sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis• Adhere to and correctly practices Cherry membership sales pitches• Acknowledge and greet all guests within 30 seconds and offers friendly,prompt and exceptional service• Understands the salon software system and how to utilize its functions• Answers salon phone calls, returns messages and booking inquiriesthroughout the day• Manages the salon computer appointment systems, guest records,memberships and salon traffic flow• Identify membership sales opportunities by analyzing the books throughoutthe day• Informs and provides guests with professional recommendations on services,memberships and retail products• Responsible for accurately handling all sales, gift cards, refunds and exchanges• Diffuse and resolve guest issues; address and successfully investigate and offersolutions• Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely, consistent and accurate manner• Adhere to company customer service policies• Maintains a polished, professional image and adheres to dress code andgrooming standards• Report to Salon Manager and/or Salon Owner
