Responsibilities
- Operate cherry picker forklifts safely and efficiently to pick and transport products within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick orders based on customer requests and prepare items for shipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while operating equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience operating cherry picker forklifts or similar equipment is highly desirable.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
