Nestled in a picturesque setting, our property boasts a variety of recreational activities, delectable local dishes, 60,000 sqft of event space, 200 well-appointed guest rooms, and a lavish spa. As part of this role, you'll be instrumental in introducing fresh ideas, fostering teamwork, and efficiently managing resources to ensure our guests enjoy a memorable stay. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to drive corporate sales and increase traffic to the hotel • Foster and maintain trust-based relationships with customers to gain existing and new corporate business • Generate and explore new corporate sales opportunities Qualifications: • Minimum Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality or a related industry is required • Proven success in sales is essential; prior experience in hospitality sales is highly preferred • 4+ years of experience in hotel sales is mandatory Compensation: $67,000 - $72,000 at plan yearly
