Responsibilities: • Clean equipment and work surfaces at the end of each shift, including sweeping floors, mopping, and cleaning counters • Adhere to established storage and waste control standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products to ensure quality food is served • Control the grill and cook the food in accordance with the directions on the meal order slips or in verbal instructions • Clean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, in accordance with health and safety regulations • Wash, cut, dice, chop, and slice food items to stock prep stations Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic • We prefer some experience working in the fast food or quick service restaurant industry • Must be able to meet all safety and sanitation requirements of kitchen equipment and food storage • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly
