Cherwell Developer / Architect

Remote. 50% travel post Covid.

$110-$130K

We are looking for an experienced Cherwell Architect to join a growing training and consulting practice. The Cherwell Developer / Architect will interface with customers and other members of our team to transform customer requirements into fully functional solutions based on the Cherwell Service Management platform. Experience building dashboards, customizing workflows for processes & procedures, customizing user interfaces and interfacing with existing customer data sources and tools is required.

The qualified candidate will have:

1. Extensive experience configuring and deploying Cherwell's ITSM platform.

2. Cherwell development experience.

3. Strong understanding of relational database architecture and design.

4. Experience working with and implementing ITIL based processes.

DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

PMP®, SCRUM, ISO/IEC 20000, AND ITIL® EXPERT

The position will require some travel (25%).

Job requirements:

1. Configure & develop solutions on the Cherwell platform.

2. Lead Customer Technical demos

3. Conduct training classes

4. Create video content, write blog postings, articles & white papers

5. Speak and present and participate in industry conferences, online groups and discussion forums on relevant topics

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. BA or BS degree

2. 5 years of successful Cherwell ITSM software development experience

3. Experience with ITSM Program / Project Management

4. Proficient in MS Office Suite
