POSITION OVERVIEW: Are you ready to begin an exciting new career rather than just start a new job? CLM Mortgage will give you the building blocks to start your new career in Mortgage Loan Origination! Loan Originators are responsible for soliciting and originating new Home Loans with a high level of service while meeting production goals. This position is base salary and commission based. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Requires a high school diploma, college degree preferred. Must take and pass the S.A.F.E Loan Originator Course and Test for licensing. JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Build servant minded Relationships with Home Builders, Realtors, CPA’s, Financial Planners to develop leads of borrowers looking to purchase and/or Refinance a home.
• Spend time in Chesmar assigned communities and other builder communities earning their business.
• Pre-qualify prospective buyers, review financing options.
• Review supporting documents borrower provides to pre-qualify borrower.
• Guide new home purchasers through loan process from application to approval and closing
• Communicate regularly with Referral partners keeping all parties updated on the progress of loans.
• Work with process to clear conditions on files when needed to secure a CTC.
• Earn referrals from your customers and Real Estate contacts
