    Job Description

    _POSITION SUMMARY: _

    As the Operations Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the divisions operations in their daily operations of our company. The Operations Administrator's responsibilities may include answering the phone, keeping track of inventory, maintaining financial and client records, handling maintenance issues and providing administrative support as needed.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    • Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
    • Managing and updating company databases.
    • Keeping track of AP issues and ensuring they are resolved with vendors 
    • Responsible for maintaining and ordering office supplies
    • Process builder and overhead parables
    • Send copier counter report to leasing company 
    • Cancel utilities for closed homes
    • Managing of construction trailer insurance certificates
    • Managing of insurance certificates on file with city permitting offices
    • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
    • Performing other duties as assigned.

    JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

    • Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Maintain proper and professional etiquette and appearance
    • Exemplary customer service skills
    • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced high work volume
    • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and producers
    • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
    • Flexibility to help assist with new task and office change
    • Capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi- task and prioritize work
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a background check

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

    • High School Diploma or GED required 
    • Experience in related field accounts payable, office management, assist administrator
