Underwrite Conventional, FHA, and VA loans, adhering to agency guidelines and investor overlays.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Underwrite Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
• Underwrite Manual FHA loans.
• Underwrite to agency and investors overlays.
• Assist Processors with questions and documentations.
• Maintain personal pipeline and monthly goal

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE:

• Government and Conventional agency Underwriting Guidelines.
• Running and reviewing DU and LP.
• Standard appraisal practices.
• Major correspondent lenders and credit overlays.
• Credit standards.
