Enrichment Instructor

Chesterfield Education Foundation (CEF) seeks Enrichment Instructors for the RAMpage after-school program. RAMpage serves students in grades 6-8 at Providence Middle School in Chesterfield County. Enrichment Instructors lead career-based clubs, such as culinary arts, STEAM, and robotics. Instructors may teach a skill of interest to them or select a club to facilitate from current offerings.

Salary: $28 - $30/hour

Reports to: Site Coordinator/Assistant Site Coordinator

• Passionate about the activity you teach

As an enrichment instructor, you are responsible for:

• Creating a group culture that encourages group thinking, curiosity, and discovery

• Collaborating with other staff to design and implement daily lesson plans and activities

• Implementing RAMpage's expectations and behavior system

• Engaging every student in your class

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of the students in your class

• Communicating concerns and/or suggestions to Site Coordinator

Hours: This is a part-time, hourly position. The RAMpage after-school program runs from September 2023 to May 2024, from 2:05 to 5:15 pm.
