Job Description

The Marketing Assistant position will assist the marketing team in the implementation of all marketing activities, working closely to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ultimately generate new business leads. This is an entry level marketing position with exposed to multifaceted areas of our firm in which full training is provided.

Salary range: $47000 - $57000 per year.

 Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in order to create and increase brand awareness
• Supporting marketing project development under the direction of the Marketing Manager
• Fostering and executing marketing and advertising campaigns by analyzing forecasts
• Managing on-going marketing and advertising campaigns and plans, while ensuring that every initiative is aimed at increasing brand awareness
• Assisting the Marketing Manager with the implementation of online marketing strategies through social media accounts
• Giving ideas, recommendations, and plans to contribute to the optimization of marketing strategies
• Keeping up-to-date on industry activities and trends

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize, organize and act as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to perform job function with minimal supervision.
• Ability to be a clear thinker who can remain calm in pressure situations and easily adapt to changing organizational needs.
• Strong attention to detail.
