    Job Description

    The Client Success Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships. They will work as a “bridge;” owning the communications between internal SHR teams and its clients. The successful candidate will have strong account management skills as well as a thorough understanding of contingent workforce practices, issues and trends. Salary range: $49000 - $59000 per year.

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule and conduct client meetings to ensure mutual goals are being met and exceeded.
    • Prepare and present persuasive service proposals.
    • Manage and grow relationships with all assigned clients.
    • Anticipate and take appropriate action to market future opportunities to clients.
    • Continuously work to expand the client base through ongoing marketing and promotional activities.
    • Connect with candidates, colleagues and clients on a regular basis to develop and maintain key relationships.
    • Stay abreast of current staffing trends and recommend creative strategies to facilitate new business development and superior service to existing clients.
    • Proactively address and resolve issues arising with clients, including using sound judgement within matters of account management on behalf of SHR.
    • Keep the clients up to date on new system enhancements and integrations that have been released.
    • Proactively drive effective strategies to help client achieve organic growth.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    •   1+ years of experience in a client-facing role with digital commerce or subscription billing services
    • Technical savvy and analytical skills to assess and report on their process; recommending optimization strategies and solutions
    • Demonstrated success in achieving retention and long-term partnerships with clients
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to lead calls, gather requirements, present business cases and consult on recommended solutions and strategy
