This position will be a culmination of training in several areas including: Brand Recognition / On-Site Promotions, Public Relations / Direct Advertising, Public Speaking, Event Promotions & Sales, Leadership, Cause Marketing, and Face to Face Customer Service. Campaign and Market Management available to those who qualify after training. Our ideal candidate for this role will be sports minded, extroverted, personable, and possess an outstanding work ethic. We are seeking motivated individuals to help us grow our Promotional Events Team. Training is at the core of every position we offer at our firm, so prior experience in sales or face to face customer service is not necessary. But, you DO need to have a winning athlete's mentality.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contributes to Promotional Marketing Efforts by Engaging with Customers
• Represent the Firm and our Clients by Maintaining a Positive and Professional Demeanor
• Participate in the Development of Campaign and Promotional Strategies
• Participate in Daily, Ongoing Hands-On Training
• Build and Maintain Customer Professional Relationships as well as Relationships with Colleagues
• Effectively Manage and Coordinate a Territory to Reach the Target Audience
• Demonstrate Strong Knowledge of Products and Services with In Depth Training

RESTRICTIONS:

• MUST be Located in the Schaumburg/ Chicago area and/or be willing to travel to our office for Daily Training.
• Must have excellent English Speaking and Communication Skills.
• FULL TIME ONLY – Limited Summer Positions for Students!
• Must have Reliable Transportation!
• Must be Over the Age of 18
• MUST Know How to Have FUN, Yet Hold Yourself in a PROFESSIONAL Manner and Image!
