Job Description
The front desk receptionist needs to be highly organized, friendly and engaging, should be able to multitask and prioritize projects, good problem-solving skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people in an extremely fast-paced office.
Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Additionally, the receptionist will handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including but not limited to managing and processing incoming/outgoing mail, FedEx and UPS deliveries, keeping track of office supplies, data entry, help manage email boxes and general organization of the office.
