 CWF Restoration is expanding to open a new branch to provide cleaning & restoration in the Houston Area. CWF has grown from two men in a garage to over 160 employees serving over 5000 customers annually in the Midwest with their mitigation, cleanup, and restoration needs. 

We seek an experienced Operations Manager to execute an established plan for growth in Texas. First, let’s list what we are offering for the right candidate.

The Position:

• Your job as Manager the first year is to interview & place 6-10 new hires with recruiting support coming from our Chicago branch.
• Additional tasks will require maintaining an on/off schedule for the team, scheduling training, providing sales support & HR.
• Training & travel costs will be provided. Some travel will be required for the first 2-3 months for training purposes.
