    Marketing Ambassador

    This is a very exciting role and is a combination of marketing and event planning. The overarching goal is to introduce the brand of Chick-fil-A to our community through several platforms. Those could include on-site events, off-site events, and social media.

    General Responsibilities:

    In this role the Marketing Ambassador will work directly with the Restaurant Marketing Director (RMD) and Leadership team. They will work with the RMD to implement an ongoing marketing plan. They will be expected to work within a budget and keep a record of expenses. They will be expected to work events once a week in the evening and some weekends.

    Some Responsibilities:

    Marketing Ambassadors are responsible for working with the Marketing Director on planning and executing marketing events.

    Marketing Ambassadors are responsible for maintaining relationships with all partner organizations.

    The Marketing Ambassador is responsible for the maintenance, use, and storage of marketing materials used in our endeavors-including event tents, cows, etc.

    Marketing Ambassadors are responsible for serving as host/hostesses as needed by the organization.

    Marketing Ambassadors have responsibilities for installing all point of purchase (P.O.P) materials and any menu updates

    Marketing Ambassadors are responsible for effectively using all social media mediums

    Other Characteristics:

    Marketing Ambassadors should be able to make decisions about assisting other organizations based on our store's vision, and honestly and tactfully communicate our decision to the appropriate organization.

    Marketing Ambassadorsshould be prepared to communicate all pertinent information to the team.

    Marketing Ambassadors should be flexible with the expectations required by the role, as they may change significantly, seasonally, and as different partnerships become more/less active.
