    Who we are looking for: Our Hospitality Staff are the face of our company and are the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. They are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a fast, friendly and efficient manner.

    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Greeting guests, taking orders, suggestively selling, sampling, preparing and refreshing beverages, communicating specific customer needs to kitchen, delivering meals to guests

    • Cleaning equipment and floors, stocking, preparing store for peak periods

    • Knowledgeable of menu items and their ingredients and knowledgeable of how products are prepared

    • Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change

    • Take initiative in resolving guest challenges and involve a leader only when previous methods have been unsuccessful

    • Engage with our guests by anticipating and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication

    • Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a hospitable experience for our guests

    • Adhere to hygiene and appearance standards

    • No restaurant experience is required - we’ll train you!
