    Chick-fil-A 123rd & Dodge is looking for talented, success driven individuals for our leadership trainee program.  Upon entering the program, candidates will spend 3-6 months developing leadership skills and knowledge of Chick-fil-A operations and standards. Once completed, qualified candidates will step into a leadership position within our organization.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2+ years of customer service experience (required)
    • 1+ years of leadership experience in any capacity (required)
    • Restaurant experience (preferred)
    • College degree (preferred, but not required)
    • Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week (Monday through Saturday) either between the hours of 6am and 4pm or 2pm and 11pm

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (may vary depending on hospitality role or kitchen role):

    • Participating operationally in day to day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
    • Offer the Team encouragement to stay true to providing extraordinary experiences.
    • Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest and Team needs.
    • Assist in the training of new hires, setting the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team.
    • Be a friendly encouraging team player.
    • Closing and/or opening shifts.
    • Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken.
