Your Role on Our Team:

Create and update job descriptions

Regularly post and monitor active job opportunities

Maintain all Career Pages – CareerPlug, ZippyApp, etc.

Build and maintain relationships with local Career Center Coordinators

Create and maintain connections with local high schools and colleges

Network with Principals, Career Counselors, Professors, Military Groups looking to find jobs for Veterans, etc.

Attend Career Fairs

Speak at school events, churches, etc.

Maintain our Employer Brand presence on social media

Manage team member referral programs

Post to community job boards, church bulletins, etc.

Aggressively seek new talent pipelines

Make initial contact and prequalify applicants

Assist the Director of Human Resources in reviewing, screening and interviewing candidates for all positions

Coordinate all hiring processes, including completion of onboarding documents and scheduling of interviews, orientation, etc.
