Chick-fil-A Hardin Valley is hiring immediately for strong, team-oriented leaders who can lead a team of 10-20 team members in our Back of House/Kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Safely prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards and recipes.
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean at all times
• Know and perform well at assigned areas
• Work safely around kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, mixer and cutting/slicing equipment.
• Show up on time, maintain a great attitude and stay focused for your entire shift
• Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to do your work better and/or faster
• Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for your work
• Lead, grow, and develop other leaders to help ensure the success of the business
• Show ownership over assigned areas of the restaurant.

Compensation:

$17.60/hr starting pay

This is a full time (30+ hour a week) job.

Requirements Year Round for Full Time :

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Available to work Saturdays
• Available 5 days per week total
• Available to close at least 2 nights per week
• Previous leadership experience
• Must be able to meet these requirements all year round
