Chick-Fil-A on Barry Road is growing!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Leader for our morning shift. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operations during breakfast and lunch service, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional customer service and that the dining area is clean and organized.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating a team of front of house staff members
- Training new team members on service standards and procedures
- Ensuring that all guests are welcomed to the dining room and in the drive thru
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments as needed
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and drive thru
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth service
- Working with Directors to identify gaps in service and assist in plan creation to bridge the gaps
- Cash handling to include register settling and change fund verification

Job requirements include:
- Standing/walking for duration of the shift
- Bending, stooping, lifting, use of step stool
- Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds
- Basic math with ability to dispense change
- Ability to multitask
- A contagious positive attitude

This position requires an availability to include the hours of 6 AM to 4 PM. While we are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas, other major holidays we are open for business. Holidays and Saturdays are required to be considered for this position. Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sunday.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!
