Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Competitive Pay starting at $15 an hour for _ full-time/full availability_ ; Along with a competitive pay-check, you will work in a nurturing environment where you will learn valuable business and people skills.

If your availability changes for a 90-day period, such as for a school schedule, etc., you may be subject to a wage decrease. However, the same is true if your availability opens up for more hours or days, such as during the summer when school is out of session. In other words, your availability and experience will greatly determine the pay you will be available to receive!
