Chick-fil-A of Beavercreek - Office Manager
Chick-fil-a Beavercreek is looking for an extremely organized problem solver with a high attention to detail to join our fast-paced and energetic team as Office Manager. The Office Manager will work closely with and report to the Executive Director to coordinate and execute the administrative side of Chick-fil-a Beavercreek. They will also work closely with the Owner/Operator, Team Members, and external vendors to ensure that all payments are made, payrolls are processed, paperwork is organized, and deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office manager, accounting coordinator/manager, or administrative/executive assistant (2+ years preferred)
Must be able to communicate effectively
Must be able to make decisions quickly
Must be highly organized & goal-oriented
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Hands-on experience with office machines
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Must demonstrate Chick-fil-A behavioral core values
Must maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
High School degree (required); Additional qualification as an Administrative/Executive Assistant or Accounting (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Point person for all non-food and uniform ordering
Manage the submission of payroll and maintaining all payroll related documents
Reconcile all outside vendor and receivable payments
Process all invoices and submit supplier payments
Collect all documentation needed for month-end financial processing
Organize and maintain all employee files
Assist in Team Member communications and follow up
Provide backup scheduling, when needed
Additional Details:
Part-Time flexible hours a week (will clock in & out). Specific hours vary depending on the tasks to be accomplished
Full-Time Hours available in combination with other responsibilities in the restaurant.
Flexible Hours During Monday – Saturday 7am-5pm (Maybe the occasional evening or Sunday hours needed.)
Must be over 18 and able to lift more than 50lbs.
